As the owner and resident photographer I do most photography sessions at the property. However, I recognize guests occasionally have an existing relationship with other photographers, and allow guests to use their preferred licensed & insured photographer after I approve them. If you are the subject, you may contact me to reserve the time, let me know you will be using your personal photographer, and inform your guest photographer they must contact me at least one week ahead of the shoot for interview and orientation. Please note the photographer will be responsible for a usage fee and they often add that to your session fee.
The guest photographer must make arrangements with me BEFORE coming to your photography session, as some requirements (like insurance) take a few days to setup. I absolutely reserve the right to decline a guest photographer if after the interview I believe they are incompatible.
Hello fellow photographer! I'm Nate, the resident photographer and owner. With the diversity of language skills, photography styles, and personalities, I do expect subjects to occasionally want a photographer who isn't me, shocking, but I'm ok with that.
I require all new guest photographers to have a phone interview with me to make sure they will be a good fit and go over some of the safety stuff. Ideally we will have an in-person orientation BEFORE your scheduled appointment to show you the relevant spots for your session. Guest photographers will need to add me as a named on their insurance (REQUIRED), pay a fee for the location, and coordinate schedules. Photographers I already have a working relationship with just need to coordinate schedules and update insurance information as necessary.
